Springtime Is Sprouting Up at Bella Vista

Just in time for warmer weather and longer days, Bella Vista is once again open 7 days a week!

Now there’s ample opportunity to explore and enjoy Executive Chef Alessandro Cartumini’s newest lunch and dinner menus, featuring a number of specialties that showcase the freshest ingredients of the season.  Spring highlights include: 

  • Organic greens salad with local tangerines and a cherry vinaigrette
  • Butter lettuce and hearts of palm salad, red onion, fennel and blood orange vinaigrette
  • Rib eye with seasonal green garlic puree, fingerling potatoes
  • Liberty Farms duck breast with pickled kumquats, roasted endive and watercress
  • Prosciutto wrapped quail with green gage plums and roasted almonds
